I have a unique position myself; as I have worked in a variety of positions inside of various healthcare settings and have proudly been apart of building their corporate and private practices. As well as have a strong success rate in my own private business development service of building personal business's marketing, branding, and development.

Taking both skill sets, with over 8 years of experience, and both health care and business development educational backgrounds and combining them to support you in developing your clinical setting from a strong foundational standpoint, to steady patient retention.

EVALUATE & ADJUST

Evaluation will help us identify areas for improvement after some time in the implementation stage and ultimately help you realize and refine your goals more efficiently. Strategic evaluation is an important tool for assessing how well your business has performed, relative to its goals. It's an important way to reflect on achievements and shortcomings, and is also useful for reexamining the goals themselves, which may have been set at a different time, under different circumstances. There's no one-size-fits-all when it comes to your business strategy. Every company is different, and your business strategy will need to take your industry, size, and market needs into careful consideration. Some industries are more dynamic and fast-paced than others.

You will not be able to provide an accurate business evaluation for about 120 - 180 days into your new laid business plan. Business evaluations should be done quarterly, every 6 months and should never go longer than a year without a proper business evaluation and audit. After we have evaluated and any adjusted have been made - we will begin to offboard your consulting services and allow you to start to cultivate the freedom from your new
